A record of myWork.

A look at what I've actually worked on, across marketing, design, and running an office. Websites and ad campaigns on one side, orders, accounts, and day-to-day operations on the other. Five years in, I move between the two without much fuss.

About

A marketer who can run the back office, and a back-office hand who can market.
Portrait of Aaditya Anand Aaditya Anand

I'm just as comfortable writing a marketing brief as I am keeping the books behind it.

For the past five years I've run the office at a packaging business, looking after orders, accounts, and customer email, while teaching myself the marketing side in parallel. That overlap is the whole point for me. I can take an idea from a spreadsheet to a landing page to a live ad campaign without having to hand it off halfway.

My English is strong as well, so working with teams overseas comes easily. I recently finished a Digital Marketing and Generative AI certification at Hansraj College, Delhi University.

Selected work

A mix of course projects and things I built on my own. I handled the design, the build, and the marketing for each.

Websites

Shopify · WordPress
Shopify · Brand + Store
Thrifterzz

A test drop-shipping store for a sunglasses brand, built start to finish in Shopify. I went with a loud yellow and black look for a crowd that likes to be noticed, then pulled the storefront together and curated the inventory so the whole thing read as one brand rather than a pile of suppliers.

WordPress · Replica + X-factor
Lahori Zeera

A close WordPress rebuild of a local soda brand's site, right down to its custom fonts and design details. Then I added something of my own: a bottle-return recycling program, with the copy and brand assets written and styled to sit naturally next to the original.

WordPress  ·  Brand replication  ·  Campaign concept
WordPress · Full brand + site · Flagship
Corrugation Cove

My biggest build, and the brand everything else here runs on. I invented a corrugated-box company from nothing: the name, the logo, a navy and brown palette meant to feel both trustworthy and a little eco-conscious, and every page of the site. I also mapped out a full marketing funnel for it, from first impression all the way to repeat customers.

Search Engine Optimization

Semrush · Yoast · WP Rocket · Search Console
Corrugation Cove · End-to-end SEO program
From keyword strategy to a six-month backlink plan

I ran a full SEO program on Corrugation Cove. I started with what I actually wanted the site to achieve, then worked down through every layer, with something concrete to show at each step.

01
Keyword research

Mapped broad terms to core pages and long-tail terms to blog content, using Semrush.

02
On-page

Rewrote titles, metas, header structure, alt text, and URL slugs.

03
Technical

Site speed, mobile, HTTPS, Search Console, and an XML sitemap.

04
Analytics

GA4 set up to track users and events and read the trends.

05
Off-page

A six-month backlink roadmap, from foundation through to monitoring.

Google Ads

Search & Display · Landing page
Ricos Café · Group campaign
Search and Display for a café with no website

Ricos only existed on the delivery apps, so there was nothing to point an ad at. I built them a landing page from scratch, sorted keywords into exact, phrase, and broad tiers to keep the targeting tight on a small budget, and designed a full set of display banners in different sizes.

Meta Ads & Email

Meta Ads Manager · Mailchimp
Meta Ads · Live budget experiments
Two real campaigns on a tiny budget

Two small live experiments to see how Meta's tools behave with almost no money behind them. One was a brand-awareness push for Corrugation Cove, the other a boosted Instagram video for a gaming page aimed at engagement. Afterwards I read the numbers back against what each one was meant to do.

Email · Design + Automation
A branded campaign with a Mailchimp nurture flow

For Corrugation Cove I designed a clean, on-brand email with one clear headline, a few product highlights, and a single call to action. Then I set up a Mailchimp flow of follow-ups and triggers, so new leads hear back at the right moment without anyone having to remember to send anything.

YouTube & Video

InShot · Canva · YouTube Studio
Self-built channel · unpaid
A channel I built and grew on my own

I started a YouTube channel on my own and did all of it myself: the content, the editing, the thumbnails, and the titles. In a few months it built a real organic audience in the short-form gaming space, with nothing spent on promotion. Running it taught me how much thumbnails, titles, and timing actually move views.

Group project · Concept, direction, edit
Fashion video & Shorts

A group fashion video built around a fun idea: putting together budget outfits in Sarojini Nagar using a colour wheel. I helped shape the concept, edited the footage, and made the thumbnail. I also cut the vertical Shorts in InShot with quick cuts, on-screen text, and copyright-free music.

Generative AI

Applied prompt engineering
Putting AI tools to real work

I use AI as part of my actual workflow rather than as a novelty. I'm specific, I give it context, I ask for a few options, and I keep refining until the output is genuinely usable. Captions, blog outlines, SEO ideas, slide decks, images: I usually know which tool is worth reaching for and how to get a good result out of it.

Experience

Five years of running an office, with the marketing skills built up right alongside it.
Jan 2021 – Present
Office Administrator
Sudershan Enterprises · Najafgarh, New Delhi

I run the day-to-day office for a packaging business. I handle customer email and sort out order issues, keep orders and supply coordination moving so deliveries land on time, and keep the records straight. I also help on the packaging design side, where I'm usually the one catching copy, sizing, and consistency slips before anything goes to print.

Dec 2022 – Jan 2023
Sales & Website Associate
Bookzania · Mansarovar Garden

Wrote product descriptions and uploaded images to the online store, and helped get orders fulfilled and shipped. At in-person events I handled a steady stream of cash and online payments while keeping the sales records accurate through the busy stretches.

Jun 2019 – Jul 2019
Digital Marketing Intern
Windsor Exports · Gurugram

Looked after the company's social media, made marketing posters and pitched original campaign ideas, and chipped in on a website redesign aimed at being easier to use.
